How long will it take to receive my photos?

Typically, photos are delivered within 1-2 weeks; however, please note that this timeframe is subject to change. Upon completion, you will receive a link to your online gallery where you can easily download your photos.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure availability, I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Please note that a 50% retainer is REQUIRED for all photography sessions to secure your desired date and time.

When is the remaining balance due?

  • Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and must be made in full by the end time of the scheduled session.

  • Payment for events is due upon delivery of the edited images, with a turnaround time of 1 to 7 days depending on the size of the event.

How many photos will I receive?

The quantity of photos you will receive is contingent upon the package you select.

Do you deliver RAW images?

  • Raw, unedited images are not available for viewing or purchase. However, we offer a curated selection process through a Contact Sheet (PDF Gallery for viewing only), allowing you to choose images that best suit your needs. These selected images will be retained for 14 days for any further selections. After this period, they will be securely deleted from our system.

What if I am late to my photoshoot, need to reschedule, no-show or cancel?

  • If you are late, please call, however please be aware that the time you are late will be taken off of the total time of your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the session. If I am late, I will be sure to communicate that your booking time will not be affected.

  • If you need to reschedule, I require 48 hours’ notice. If you reschedule a month or more from the original date, an additional retainer fee of $50 will be required.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 

  • Cancellations made prior to this timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit at the discretion of the Service Providers. 

  • If you no call, no show your session, you will not be allowed to book with me again.
